Hidden in the Silicon Valley of the bay area’s oldest picnic facility is a gem called the Saratoga Springs in Saratoga, Ca. This is where Nick and Annalesa married. I was grateful to be their photographer for this dream forest wedding. They all stayed at the Juniper Hotel getting ready before heading up Big Basin Way. Nick and Annalesa shared meaningful chemistry, a special history together, and an intimate group of guests who toasted to their story. They opted to see each other first before the ceremony at Cathedral Grove. Additionally, we captured some images of them alone in the forest.

Wedding Reception at Saratoga Springs

Next, the bridesmaids and groomsmen showed up and we decided to capture a vogue image of the bridal party. Personally and artistically, I thought was incredible. The smoke behind the sunlight coming in through the trees made it even moody and romantic. The ceremony and family photos went rather quickly. And after a nice dinner from the Saratoga Springs staff, the evening started with heart warming toasts from family members and friends. From that point, it was a party, cake cutting, dancing, people hanging around as I captured candids throughout the rest of the evening. As a treat, they offered custom homemade ice-cream sandwiches, which you all need to try.
