    • Charleton Churchill - Thank you Sunita, I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in their epic location! See you there I hope!February 13, 2015 – 12:58 pm

One of my favorite weddings of the year, very low key, some actors from Los Angeles, family and friends gathered in a rustic mountain cabin for a small and intimate wedding ceremony, up near Yosemite just after the Rim Fire of northern California blazed down acres and acres of forestry. We agreed shooting in the burned areas would present some unique photographs for beauty in the ashes. Of course, we also captured the rustic forestry images where fire hadn’t touched, natural and pure, as the fall colors are starting to show.  I thought I would at least post an image teaser.  Everything about this wedding was unique, and that’s what we love, from the first look and the ceremony, to the reception, along with the falling rain which hadn’t come down since April.   I hope to post more images from Mike and Grace’s wedding later.
